I am having lots of fun learning Chinese Symbols, well done!

I like to use this app for practice and remember lots of characters but two important points must get better with an update: 1) currently full packs are only possible to learn with traditional characters. When switching to simplified, many characters will not be trained. This is a pity, as in china mainland you will see only simplified chars and will never recognize when just possible to learn with this app the traditional chars... When selecting simplified I expect to see all chars in training, and not just a small subset... 2) this is not that important now, but other apps are providing that... the writer training provides just "typewriter" characters (hard strokes), the written character Fonts would be more nice. When I write the chars from this app, my Chinese teacher sometimes says, a real unusual handwriting I create, as everything is very hard and not smoothly written. So something to improve in this app esp. when I need to pay so much for it. Afterwards Im willing to give my full recommendation.

This is a fun way to review characters and feels more like playing than studying! Gorgeous interface, no bugs, pretty graphics. Love it, like all the other trainchinese aps!

I simply love this app! Not only it teaches the order of writing characters, but also you have a time defying game! It really makes you use it and learn!! 我很喜欢这个app 它教我笔顺和这是一个快游戏！我很多学会和用了！

Really awesome app. Fun! But most importantly, educational! I think this is a very efficient and addictive way to learn Chinese for everyone from a little kid in kindergarden to a high school or university student studying Chinese to a mid-aged mom from Hong Kong using her spare time to brush up on her simplified characters! Thanks for making such a great app for me!!!

The app has both study and practice modes, great tool for the learners of Chinese

I like it a lot and bought whole card sets. It is one of the best.

Its okay. Dont like that the definition of the word scrolls across the screen. Id rather see the pinyin word the whole time to help reinforce the association between pinyin and character. There is no option to turn off the character preview, which means that you are never sure if you are actually memorizing the character without a hint. Also the next strokes are hinted by small marks on the initial strokes, again providing more of a hint than I want. When I try to do the characters on my own on pen and paper, I am finding that practice on this app has not been very effective in helping me to memorize.

I dont even know where to start. This app is SO helpful! Learning to write in Chinese is tough, especially when it comes to memorizing the correct order. Gamifying the process was a great idea! I recommend this app to every person beginning their journey with Chinese!

Highly recommended app for Chinese learning dummies but pros. I have purchased the full packs, and practicing everyday, my Mandarin writing skills have improved amazingly fast.

Well, almost... OK, still a very challenging language, and itll be a while before I get anywhere with it, but if this had come out when Tetris did, Id be fluent by now! And I wouldnt have wasted days of my youth playing Tetris instead of learning a language... Excellent for ultra-beginners like myself. Now lets see how long before I get past the first packs of characters... Definitely well thought out and set up for quick and easy access, easy to pause, easy to restart, just a really really difficult language... at least it is fun now!

This app is so awsome! You guys should make some for Korean and Japanese!

Custom packs really makes this this app work for me. Its easy to setup your own lessons based on what you want to learn. Ive struggled with characters for a long time. Rote learning drives me crazy. I think this app is my best chance to learn
